Booster Shot Coaching Call
Be proactive, not reactive, about your self-care and the stressors of being in the modern American classroom.
Enroll here to participate in a Zen Teacher "Booster Shot" coaching call.
Here's how it works:
- Once enrolled, you fill out a Google Form indicating your current level of self-care, your current stressors, and the self-care habits you would like to work on (silence stillness, fitness, relaxation, meditation, whatever).
- After I review the form, we both participate in an hour-long video call (Skype, Zoom, Google Hangout – whichever works for YOU!) and I coach you toward a better plan with more focus, simplicity, and tranquility.
- Later, I will send one follow up email to see how it’s going and to make sure you’re taking care of yourself.
Let me help you develop a personal and customized Self-Care plan that will reduce your stress and allow you to maximize your performance without sacrificing yourself. We can work together to create a individualized plan or to make sure you are staying on track with the one you have.
Sessions are held either via a Skype session or Google Hangout. Some people are only looking for a refocusing session and some people enroll in a more immersive coaching experience. The choice is entirely up to you.
If you decide this is the path for you, just click the button below, enroll in the course, and I will send you the Zen Teacher Self-Care Assessment form, and when I have reviewed your responses, I will contact you to schedule our call.
I'm very excited that you're choosing to value your self-care and investing in your peace of mind.
I can't wait to help you on your journey.
Peace and love,
